1. Introduction

Welcome to The Bazaar. By accessing and using our online store, Client agrees to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern Client's use of our website,services, products, and any related content

2. Products and Pricing

Product Conditions: We offer products in four conditions, each with its own discount rate:

• Green: Brand New, Minimum discount
• Yellow: Open Box, slightly higher discount
• Orange: Slightly Used, more discount
• Red: Fairly Used, Maximum discount

3. Discount Offers

Any discount offer or coupon will be applied as an additional discount on top of the standard discount provided based on the product's condition.

• Variants: Each product may have up to eight variants, including colour codes, condition categories, and specifications.
• Specifications: Some products may be converted to UAE specifications, requiring a transformer from 220V to 110V for proper function
• Pricing: Prices vary based on the product condition and specifications. Discounts may apply to certain conditions, and prices are subject to change without notice.

4. User Accounts

To make a purchase, users must create an account. Client is responsible for safeguarding account details and ensuring the accuracy of the informa�on provided. Client is also responsible for any ac�ons taken under their account.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Exchange Policy: : Refunds are not available. Client may exchange products within 7 days of purchase without providing a reason. Exchanges must be conducted in-store and require the original receipt. Client can exchange an item for the same amount or a higher amount. If the exchange is for a higher amount, Client will need to pay the difference.
• Condition:Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received.

6. Warranty

• Warranty Period: A 30-day warranty is provided by The Bazaar repair center upon presenting the original receipt.
• Coverage: The warranty covers repairs for issues related to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage due to misuse or external causes.

7. Shipping and Delivery

2-3 working days delivery time depending on the delivery city with different charging fees that will be illustrated in the checkout page, above 200 AED the delivery will be free of charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Bazaar is not liable for any damages or losses related to Client's use of our platform, including but not limited to product purchases, shipping delays, or product defects

9. Specification Conversions

For products converted to UAE specifications, Client is responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate transformer for 220V to 110V. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for issues related to specification conversions. The Bazaar might and might not provide the needed transformer along with purchased products.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and Client's continued use of our platform signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
